Only use rubber (Smushballs®), plastic (WIFFLE™), or light weight training balls such as INCREDIBALLS® or HIT ANYWHERE BALLS® with the Rope Bat. Do not store in extreme cold or heat, and do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or mositure.

It is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to one year. However, if you believe your Rope Bat™ Swing Trainer is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace your Rope Bat™ Swing Trainer if we agree it was a manufacturing issue. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
